DIG is a group training workshop led by Sabina in Manhattan NYC where dancers learn to develop awareness in their muscles and movement through heels technique. Workshops include collective discussions and exercises to dissect the challenges that are deeply intertwined with the experience of being a dancer.

In this 2 day workshop, you will learn

Focused choreography

Learning detailed choreography, dancers are able to gain specific understandings of their body + minds and cultivate awareness in their movement that oftentimes is missed in one-off classes


Heels technique

Exercises to strengthen the body and develop awareness around the muscles to support heels choreography and performance


Collective discussions and mindfulness exercises to support the mental health strengths and challenges that are deeply intertwined with the experience of being a dancer
